Kylie Minogue To Perform At GLAAD Awards In NYC
We can’t get Kylie Minogue out of our heads…and why would we want to? With eight consecutive #1 Billboard Hot Dance Club singles and eleven overall chart toppers to her credit, the dance music business is buzzing about her brand new single, “I Was Gonna Cancel.”
This week Kylie will be in New York City, to perform at the GLAAD awards, hosted at the Waldorf Astoria. GLAAD stands for Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation and this year they are honoring the former Star Trek co-star and recent social media trending celebrity George Takei, who is also an openly gay actor. GLAAD will bestow the Vito Russo award to Takei on May 3rd at their 25th Media Awards ceremony. You can follow the ceremony on social media through #glaadawards.
